The Jason Jennings Road Map Strategic Leadership Program©
When enterprises decide to get serious about embracing change, achieving continuous growth, thrilling their customers and their workforce and getting things done with urgency they turn to Jason Jennings and The Road Map Strategic Leadership Program©
It begins with Jason and the CEO or owner engaging in several lengthy telephone conversations about the business, where its been, where it wants to go and a frank appraisal of the roadblocks and obstacles in the way.
Next, Jason has conversations with between ten and twelve of the leaders of the company to learn about what they do, their stories and what they see as the challenges to growth.
Calling on his research into more than 220,000 companies for his eight bestselling books on leadership, innovation, growth, speed, leadership and reinvention, Jason identifies the six most appropriate business secrets that will best help the company achieve their desired outcomes.
During the morning of day one of the one and one-half or two day retreat, Jason teaches the points illustrating each with vivid case studies, evidence and stories to make them come alive for the audience.
Then, in the afternoon session, the group is broken into small teams who are tasked with asking the questions, "What do these points mean to the company, how can we embrace them and make them our own and how can we use them to get to where we want to go?" The beginnings of a road map are being built.
The next days discussions are focused on timetables for implementation, designating the people responsible for making things happen, discussing the resources required and agreeing to dates for implementation. Then, the magic of transformation and growth begins!
